Setup
- Hold a dumbbell or kettlebell in each hand.
- Stand tall, ribs down, shoulders relaxed.
- Walk at a normal cadence for a set distance or time.
Three coaching cues
- Tall posture
- Even steps
- Grip firm, breathing calm
Common mistakes
- Leaning to one side
- Rushing steps
- Holding the breath
Reduce load or distance.
Add load, distance or a longer path with turns.
